As we move further and further into the colder weather it's time to get those perfectly pedi-cured tootsies tucked away and let them have a rest for a while! This week's Fabu-List is dedicated to Winter footwear to help keep you one step ahead (see what I did there?) this season!
Lace up heels
Lace up boots are always the style that makes it's return year after year so they really are an item to get investing in. Not only do they keep you cosy during the colder months they will keep you super stylish! If you aren't ready to hide those polishes away just yet then this pair will be a great transition for you!
Biker Boots
For a dressed down look the Biker Boots are a high street favourite that are in no hurry to be leaving us. I am a huge fan of this style to grunge up girly dresses and look great with jeans. Versatile and stylish - everything you could want! I would suggest investing in a decent pair as I have managed to walk myself out of two pairs (genuinely! - once on stage and once heading to a second show on tour) You have been warned!
Over the Knee/ Thigh High
I cannot wait to get my hands on a pair of these beauts! Over the knee are all about keeping them legs of yours toasty during the colder months. I love the style and think they look great on most. I already have a pair of heeled numbers (they make me look like a giant) which you can wear if you are feeling brave for nights out or go for flats - as above - for a daytime look.
Wedge Heel
Killing two birds with one stone in this style with these wedge and faux shearling numbers! I love brown coloured shoes in winter, I just feel it brightens up an outfit and adds something different from the usual black. The hidden wedge will make your legs look longer and the shearling will keep your feet snuggly all winter long.
Chunky Heels
If you are bored of the usual black/brown footwear that we tend to use as our 'go to' for winter then why not add a splash of colour with these wine heels from Topshop. Chunky heels are all you need for this season. Perfect for a day to night look and your feet will appreciate the rest from sky high heels!
