Heading to work today in one of my favourite little old man's pubs! May not look the best on the outside but the people are certainly brilliant and so welcoming. Today's outfit was inspired by the latest craze that has been hitting the high street this summer - two pieces! They were all over the catwalks. Not only that, but I'm hitting the polka dot trend which is coming back in - all trends come back around - right on the head! To be honest, these two items were bought separately and from different stores, it just so happened that I love the two-piece trend and found these items floating around in my wardrobe.
A while back I went through a craze of loving the Pencil/ Tube skirts and bought a good few. There is something so elegant and classy about them, give a great silhouette. This one I found in Topshop and it is super comfortable with a great give. It sits well and doesn't feel like you are pulled right in, little bit of leeway never goes a miss!
I had recently bought this Cami top to take on my holidays as it is very light, silk material. I love the way it fits, it is a long style and scoops at the bottom which you are unable to see because I have tucked it in, perfect with a pair of short too!
On buying this and returning to my wardrobe I discovered they matched - voila! This two piece was born. You can find some really great styles amongst the high street in places such as River Island, Topshop, Miss Selfridge.
